While under contract, Imagine Living will not sell any homes within our community unless it is to one of Imagine Living's subsidiary investment funds, in which case, current contracts will continue as they are. Additionally, if a home is sold to a third-party buyer and the long-term rental contract is registered under land title, the existing agreement will be honored and carried forward.
