How long are the rental contracts?

As per the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), annual rental increases may apply to our rental contracts. What happens if Imagine Living sells my home during the rental contract?
At Imagine Living, our priority is to provide stability and peace of mind to our valued Members. While under contract, Imagine Living will not sell any homes within our community unless it is to one of Imagine Living's subsidiary investment funds, in which case, current contracts will continue as they are. Additionally, if a home is sold to a third-party buyer and the long-term rental contract is registered under land title, the existing agreement will be honored and carried forward. Our commitment is to maintain transparency and open communication with our Members throughout their journey with us.
What happens to my home if I pass away during the rental contract?
In the event of a Member's passing, Imagine Living will handle the situation with utmost empathy and compassion. We understand that such circumstances can be difficult, and we will work closely with the Member's family to address any concerns and ensure a smooth transition.
